Q: Will I still need health insurance? 

A: Yes, you will still need your health insurance to cover visits to my office, specialists, hospitals, diagnostics tests, and other essential healthcare services. Renaissance Family Medicine accepts all major insurance, including Medicare, Harvard Pilgrim, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Tufts. 

Q: Are you really available all the time including nights and weekends? 

A: Yes. That's part of what your membership covers. Under specific circumstances, Dr. Burns will come to your home if you are unable to make it to our office. 

Q: Can you assist me if I'm overseas or in another state traveling? 

A: Yes. We aim to preserve your convenience and precious time. By using modern technologies for communication, we can have you bypass an office visit whether you are down the block or overseas. We use email, text, video conferencing, and more to provide you medical care and coordination no matter the distance.
