How to Join

Each member pays an annual fee to Renaissance Family Medicine to cover services that go above and beyond what is reimbursed by health care insurance, such as access to longer, unhurried visits; and the ability to contact your personal doctor 24x7 for urgent matters. The fee does not cover medical care and is not covered by health insurance. You will still need to maintain your health insurance to cover office visits, hospital admissions, as well as any testing or surgery. You will also continue to be responsible for any co-pays that are required by your insurance.

Discounted fees are available for couples and families, and can be paid in monthly, quarterly, semi annual or lump sum payments.
